Fiber structure of the interosseous sacroiliac ligament exhibits a distinct organization, with predominantly vertical fibers in the inferior region and predominantly horizontal fibers in the superior region. These fiber alignment patterns likely reflect mechanical adaptation to the sacroiliac joint motion and may support imaging‐based evaluation of its

Animals were sensitized with mBSA emulsified in CFA/IFA and subsequently received three intra‐articular injections of mBSA into either the TMJ or the knee (once per week). Mechanical hyperalgesia was assessed using electronic von Frey testing after arthritis establishment at 24 h or 7 days following the third intra‐articular injection.

We investigated the internal joint distances (IJDs) of the humero‐ulnar and humero‐radial joint, within a sample of 15 small‐ to medium‐sized mammals and report isometric results. We also found that joint poses had no effect on IJDs and that IJDs scale isometrically within small species.

Mandibular Condylar Cartilage in Development and Diseases: A PTHrP‐Centric View
ABSTRACT The mandibular condylar cartilage (MCC) is a dual‐function component of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), acting as both articular cartilage for jaw movement and growth cartilage for vertical growth of the mandibular condyle. Parathyroid hormone‐related protein (PTHrP) plays a critical role in orchestrating chondrogenesis in the long bone ...
