Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)‐associated myocarditis has emerged as a severe and clinically complex immune‐related toxicity that poses significant challenges for therapeutic decision‐making in routine cardio‐oncological care. High‐dose corticosteroids remain the first‐line therapy, yet their timing, dosage and tapering require careful clinical ...

An AI‐Driven H5P Training for Epilepsy Emergency Management Preparedness in Dental Education
ABSTRACT Background Deficiencies in knowledge and skills related to the management of medical emergencies in dental settings can adversely affect the clinical safety of patient safety. This intervention study evaluates the effect of the ‘Medical Emergencies in Dentistry: Epilepsy Management’ module delivered via the H5P platform on postgraduate dental ...

In persistent AF, adjunctive dominant frequency‐guided ablation after pulmonary vein isolation did not significantly improve outcomes. Limited overlap between high‐frequency sites and low‐voltage areas suggests functional–structural dissociation, while right atrial low‐voltage burden predicts recurrence.

ABSTRACT Catheter ablation is an established therapy for ventricular tachycardia (VT); however, hemodynamic instability frequently limits procedural mapping and success. Temporary mechanical circulatory support (tMCS) devices are increasingly used to maintain end‐organ perfusion during VT ablation, yet their impact on clinical outcomes remains ...
