Archiv f�r Gewerbepathologie und Gewerbehygiene, 1961Anhand von Krankengeschichten bei Geschwisterpaaren mit Asbestose wird die Hypothese erarbeitet, das fur den Erwerb einer Asbestfibrose eine personliche Disposition keine wesentliche Bedeutung hat. Dagegen sind fur den Krankheits-Ablauf individuelle Faktoren anzunehmen, insbesondere eine Neigung zu unspezifisch-entzundlichen Komplikationen.
