Assembly of phiKZ bacteriophage Inner Body during infection

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications
The giant myovirus phiKZ is characterised by an Inner Body (IB) structure within its capsid, crucial for orderly DNA packaging. The IB is composed of six phiKZ-specific proteins. Notably, four of these IB proteins are co-injected with DNA into the host cell, where they potentially play a role in attacking the bacterial cell.

Centrosome-assisted assembly of the Balbiani body

AbstractThe Balbiani body (Bb), which was discovered about 170 years ago, is a membraneless organelle in the oocyte in most species. In organisms likeXenopusand Zebrafish, Bb accumulates mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and germline determinants and regulates the proper localization of germline determinants.

Body and Component Accuracy in Assembly Systems

SAE Technical Paper Series, 1998
<div class="htmlview paragraph">To give the customer an immediate impression of quality several of criteria must be fulfilled such as styling, paint finish and fitting of outer panels/closures. Therefore, higher demands on geometrical quality e.g. stability for both exterior and interior are needed.

Caleosin-assembled oil bodies as a potential delivery nanocarrier

Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, 2011
Encapsulation of hydrophobic agents with nanocarriers is challenging. Therefore, we have sought to use nanoscale artificial oil bodies (NOBs) as an alternative delivery carrier. To constitute NOBs, caleosin (Cal), a structural protein of plant seed oil bodies, was first fused with ZH2 (Cal-ZH2).

Robot measurement system in Car—Body Assembly

1995
The procedure of car — body assembly incorporates fitting — up and welding of varied parts and units. In view of the fact that it is difficult to measure and adjust the seams between parts and body skeleton and embedment, three — dimentions system is required in the procedure of assembly.
