A Triterpenoid‐Enriched GLE70 Fraction From Ganoderma lingzhi Ameliorates Alcoholic Liver Disease via Multi‐Target Regulation

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 5, May 2026.
GLE fractions were prepared from Ganoderma lingzhi using gradient ethanol elution and evaluated for their biological activities. Among the fractions, GLE70 exhibited the strongest antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. Integrated chemical characterization, network pharmacology, molecular docking, and in vivo validation suggested that GLE70 may exert

Forecasting Root Rot Disease through Predictive Microbial Functional Profiling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 23, 23 April 2026.
Predicting soil‐borne disease moves beyond observation with a framework that elevates microbial functional genes into reliable forecasting biomarkers. By coupling targeted qPCR assays for core stress‐response genes with machine learning, this method detects root rot risks in pre‐symptomatic soils with over 80% accuracy.

Astragalus Polysaccharides Induce Immunogenic Cell Death in Melanoma: A Mechanism Mediated by cGAS/STING Activation via Intratumoral Microbiota Modulation

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 4, April 2026.
APS exerts its antitumor effects by enriching Pseudomonas abundance, activating the cGAS‐STING pathway, inducing ICD in melanoma, promoting DCs maturation, and ultimately activating T lymphocytes. ABSTRACT Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) exhibits potent immunomodulatory properties, yet its interplay with intratumoral microbiota in driving antitumor ...

Astragalus Polysaccharide Improved DSS‐Induced Colitis in Mice By Remodeling the Gut Microbiota

open access: yeseFood, Volume 7, Issue 2, April 2026.
Astragalus polysaccharides (AP) alleviate DSS‐induced colitis by reshaping gut microbiota, enhancing SCFA production, restoring metabolic pathways, and rebalancing inflammatory cytokines. Microbiota‐depletion experiments confirm that AP therapeutic effect is microbiota‐dependent, highlighting AP as a promising microbiome‐modulating strategy for ...
