Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Shared and Searchable Encrypted Data for Untrusted Servers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Current security mechanisms pose a risk for organisations that outsource their data management to untrusted servers. Encrypting and decrypting sensitive data at the client side is the normal approach in this situation but has high communication and ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

RDH in Image with Asymmetric Key Cryptography

open access: yes, 2016
Reversible Data Hiding technique (RDH) is an approach to embed secret data into the encrypted original cover image. The confidentiality must be there when the secret media is transmitted to the receiver via network.

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

High Data Security Using Asymmetric Key Cryptography and Linguistic Method Steganography

open access: yesInternational Innovative Research Journal of Engineering and Technology, 2021
This paper recommended response is to receive encrypted sensitive text data on personal data electronics that take control of the combination of both procedures: Steganography and cryptography. The security of the system is provided through the contribution of video-based asymmetric key cryptography followed by two sequential layers of steganography to
