A Note on the Asymptotic Efficiency of an Asymptotically Normal Estimator Sequence [PDF]
SUMMARY This paper gives a rigorous yet quite elementary proof that under fairly general conditions, the asymptotic efficiency of an asymptotically normal estimator sequence does not exceed unity. Both estimation of a single parameter and simultaneous estimation of several parameters are considered.

The intimate interaction between negatively charged RNA molecules and conjugated polymers in organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) in aqueous electrolytes is investigated. It demonstrates that RNA binding reduces the volumetric capacitance of the polymer channel, enabling the development of an ultrasensitive biosensing platform capable of ...

ABSTRACT Real‐time insight into local chemistry is critical for reliable part quality in additive manufacturing, especially laser powder bed fusion (PBF‑LB/M), where rapid thermal cycles and localized evaporation can undermine part performance. Optical emission spectroscopy (OES) offers non‑intrusive, in situ plume monitoring, but detection geometry ...

Halide perovskite solar cells are fabricated with self‐encapsulation by lamination between two glass substrates using rapid Joule heating, yielding a 99% reduction in lamination time compared to previous studies. An 18% efficient cell is laminated in 5 s, demonstrating the potential for scalable manufacturing. ABSTRACT Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are

Concavity Approximation Based Power Allocation in Millimeter-Wave MIMO Systems
This paper investigates the power allocation in millimeter-wave multiple-input multiple-output systems. The asymptotic concavity of the sum rate of the system is utilized to form the proposed power allocation approach.

Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes have traditionally served as structural supports in osmotic energy systems. Here, blind‐hole AAO membranes are demonstrated as active ion‐selective platforms with tunable nanopore structures. By balancing membrane resistance, ion selectivity, and flux, enhanced performance is achieved, delivering a maximum power ...
