ASYMPTOTIC ITERATION METHOD FOR SINGULAR POTENTIALS [PDF]
The asymptotic iteration method (AIM) is applied to obtain highly accurate eigenvalues of the radial Schrödinger equation with the singular potential V(r) = r2+λ/rα(α,λ>0) in arbitrary dimensions. Certain fundamental conditions for the application of AIM, such as a suitable asymptotic form for the wave function, and the termination condition for ...

New Asymptotic Expanstion Method for the Wheeler-DeWitt Equation
A new asymptotic expansion method is developed to separate the Wheeler-DeWitt equation into the time-dependent Schr\"{o}dinger equation for a matter field and the Einstein-Hamilton-Jacobi equation for the gravitational field including the quantum back ...

A Workflow to Accelerate Microstructure‐Sensitive Fatigue Life Predictions
This study introduces a workflow to accelerate predictions of microstructure‐sensitive fatigue life. Results from frameworks with varying levels of simplification are benchmarked against published reference results. The analysis reveals a trade‐off between accuracy and model complexity, offering researchers a practical guide for selecting the optimal ...

Analyzing Electronic Excitations and Exciton Binding Energies in Y6 Films
The Y6 molecule is used for increasing the efficiency of organic solar cells. The exciton binding energy is calculated for ensembles of Y6 molecules that are representative of the typically used films. The calculations show that the excitons typically spread out over many molecules.

Structure factor of dilute ring polymers
We consider ring polymers in good solvents in the dilute limit. We determine the structure factor and the monomer-monomer distribution function. We compute accurately the asymptotic behavior of these functions for small and large momenta and distances by

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

An order verification method for truncated asymptotic expansion solutions to initial value problems
The focus of this paper is to obtain explicit solutions to initial value problems, where numerical methods cannot provide one, and to verify the accuracy orders of the explicit solutions.

Separable and tree-like asymptotic cones of groups [PDF]
Using methods from nonstandard analysis, we will discuss which metric spaces can be realized as asymptotic cones. Applying the results we will find in the context of groups, we will prove that a group with "a few" separable asymptotic cones is virtually ...

Predicting Atomic Charges in MOFs by Topological Charge Equilibration
An atomic charge prediction method is presented that is able to accurately reproduce ab‐initio‐derived reference charges for a large number of metal–organic frameworks. Based on a topological charge equilibration scheme, static charges that fulfill overall neutrality are quickly generated.

Statistical tests under Dallal's model: Asymptotic and exact methods.
This paper proposes asymptotic and exact methods for testing the equality of correlations for multiple bilateral data under Dallal's model. Three asymptotic test statistics are derived for large samples.
