Analysis of rumor spreading with different usage ranges in a multilingual environment
This paper investigates rumor propagation in a multilingual environment, taking into account language usage variations. Firstly, a 2I2S2R model is proposed within a heterogeneous network framework that incorporates both immunologic and cross-transmitted ...

Intermittent Motion, Nonlinear Diffusion Equation and Tsallis Formalism
We investigate an intermittent process obtained from the combination of a nonlinear diffusion equation and pauses. We consider the porous media equation with reaction terms related to the rate of switching the particles from the diffusive mode to the ...

Asymptotic spreading of competition diffusion systems: The role of interspecific competitions
This paper is concerned with the asymptotic spreading of competition diffusion systems, with the purpose of formulating the propagation modes of a co-invasion–coexistence process of two competitors. Using the comparison principle for competitive systems, some results on asymptotic spreading are obtained.

Experimental Joint Estimation of Phase and Phase Diffusion Via Deterministic Bell Measurements
This work employs Bell measurement, a form of entangling measurement, to estimate both the phase and its fluctuations in an optical interferometer. By incorporating a novel quantum effect at the measurement stage, the proposed method achieves the ultimate precision limit and demonstrates the significant potential of entangling measurements in multi ...

This work establishes an MXene‐based S‐scheme heterojunction in which the cooperative interplay among metallic Ni, surface NiOx domains, and conductive Ti3C2Clx drives efficient charge separation and photothermal coupling. Progressive evolution of Ni surface states regulates the CH4/CH3OH product distribution by modulating interfacial energetics and ...

Traveling fronts guided by the environment for reaction-diffusion equations
This paper deals with the existence of traveling fronts for thereaction-diffusion equation:$$\frac{\partial u}{\partial t} - \Delta u =h(u,y) \qquad t\in \mathbb{R}, \; x=(x_1,y)\in \mathbb{R}^N.$$We first consider the case $h(u,y)=f(u)-\alpha g(y)u ...
