This study introduces a data‐driven framework that combines deep reinforcement learning with classical path planning to achieve adaptive microrobot navigation. By training a surrogate neural network to emulate microrobot dynamics, the approach improves learning efficiency, reduces training time, and enables robust real‐time obstacle avoidance in ...

Mitochondria‐Damaging Self‐Reporting Probe for Cancer Therapy
We developed a class of self‐reporting cationic chemotherapeutic probes that selectively induce mitochondrial damage and apoptosis in cancer cells. Their unique mitochondria‐to‐nucleus fluorescence migration enables real‐time visualization of the therapeutic process. ABSTRACT Mitochondrial damage induced by chemotherapeutic agents through disruption of

Next generation asynchronous webservices
Johannes joined a Bioclipse Workshop a long time ago, and introduced the participants to the idea of using XMPP (aka Jabber) for asynchronous web services. SOAP is commonly user to run webservices over HTTP, but via (SMTP) email and XMPP is possible too (see SOAP over XMPP). Using HTTP as transport layer has problems.

Generic Transforms on Incomplete Specifications of Asynchronous Interfaces
AbstractIn [15], processes represent incomplete specifications that guarantee proper behavior only under assumed constraints. Behaviors are represented as abstract executions. Here we define a corresponding notion of morphism, called process abstractions, as maps that preserve a composition operator on processes.

Collaborative Visual Localization for Modular Self‐Reconfigurable Robots
Relative localization in modular self‐reconfigurable robots is challenged by hardware limitations, constrained fields of view, and sensor faults. This paper, based on the SnailBot platform, presents a vision‐based collaborative localization method that combines ArUco markers with learning‐based algorithms to enable robust pose estimation from ...

Facilitating Asynchronous Idea Generation and Selection with Chatbots
People can generate high-quality ideas by building on each other's ideas. By enabling individuals to contribute their ideas at their own comfortable time and method (i.e., asynchronous ideation), they can deeply engage in ideation and improve idea quality. However, running asynchronous ideation faces a practical constraint.

This article introduces an input sparsity‐aware computing‐in‐memory macro featuring novel bidirectional conversion‐skippable analog‐to‐digital converters. By dynamically adjusting resolution based on element‐level sparsity, the architecture skips redundant most significant bit and least significant bit conversions.

In‐Memory Continuous‐Time SAT Solver Based on Bidirectional 11‐T SRAM Macro
This article reported a continuous‐time (CT) Boolean satisfiability (SAT) problem solver using bidirectional 11T‐SRAM macro. The proposed system operates asynchronously using capacitor‐based gradient integration and maximizes the parallelism for SAT solving by in‐memory computing (IMC).

Hardware acceleration of number theoretic transform for zk‐SNARK
An FPGA‐based hardware accelerator with a multi‐level pipeline is designed to support the large‐bitwidth and large‐scale NTT tasks in zk‐SNARK. It can be flexibly scaled to different scales of FPGAs and has been equipped in the heterogeneous acceleration system with the help of HLS and OpenCL.
