Robust HPLC method quantifies four antihyperlipidemic drugs. Central composite design optimized the analytical conditions. Achieved complete isocratic separation in under 10 min. Multiple green metrics confirmed excellent environmental sustainability. Validated method successfully analyzed commercial binary formulations.
