Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

Electric field effects on magnetotransport properties of multiferroic Py/YMnO3/Pt heterostructures
We report on the exchange bias between antiferromagnetic and ferroelectric hexagonal YMnO3 epitaxial thin films sandwiched between a metallic electrode (Pt) and a soft ferromagnetic layer (Py).

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Increased attention to climate change mitigation approaches leads to lower levels of climate anxiety
Climate change is a significant threat to both ecosystems and human mental health. Rising awareness of the threats posed by climate change is linked to increased psychological distress, or climate anxiety.

Brief Repeated Attention Training for Psychological Distress: Findings from Two Experiments
Psychological distress is understood to be maintained by attention. We performed two experiments examining the impact of attention training (AT) on psychological distress symptoms. Experiment one (N = 336) investigated what effects might be detected in a

Covariate Measurement Error in Endogenous Stratified Samples [PDF]
In this paper we propose a general framework to deal with the presence of covariate mea-surement error in endogenous stratifield samples. Using Chesher’s (2000) methodology, we develop approximately consistent estimators for the parameters of the ...
