Multistability: Uncovering hidden attractors [PDF]
This topical issue collects contributions exemplifying the recent scientific progress in understanding the dynamics of multistable systems. The individual papers focus on different questions of present day interest in theory and applications of systems ...

Structural Changes in NICs: Some Evidences on Attractor Points [PDF]
In this paper we develop a regression and a kernel density based model for finding fixed points and attractors of dynamical systems to explore attractors of structural change for NICs.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Learning Continuous Attractors [PDF]
Neural systems with continuous attractors have been invoked in explanations of spatial memory and the control of eye movements. Line attractors have also been implicated in cellular and synaptic memory.

Multiple hydrological attractors under stochastic daily forcing: 2. Can multiple attractors emerge? [PDF]
The companion paper showed that multiple steady state groundwater levels can exist within a hill-slope Boussinesq-vegetation model under daily stochastic forcing.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
