This paper is concerned with attractors of randomly perturbed dynamical systems, called random attractors. We shall define, analyze and prove existence of random attractors. The framework used is provided by the theory of random dynamical systems.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Phase Space Reconstruction from Economic Time Series Data: Improving Models of Complex Real-World Dynamic Systems [PDF]
Failure of economic models to anticipate the global financial crisis illustrates the need for modeling to better capture complex real-world dynamics. Conventional models—in which economic variables evolve toward equilibria or fluctuate about equilibria ...

THE SYNERGETIC CONTROL SYNTHESIS FOR AIRCRAFT MOTION ALONG REFERENCE PATH IN HORIZONTAL PLANE
Article is devoted to the solution of a problem of feedback control synthesis for the aircraft. This control provides the movement of the aircraft on a reference path of flight in the horizontal plane.

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Modeling Networks of Four Elements
In this article, fourth-order systems of ordinary differential equations are studied. These systems are of a special form, which is used in modeling gene regulatory networks.
