A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

Linkable Attribute-based Signature
Attribute-based signatures, as introduced by Maji et al. [MPR11] allow to generate anonymously a signature for a message on behalf of a signing policy. To sign a message, a private attribute that satises the signing policy has to be used. It is furthermore not possible to identify the actual signer based on the signature.

A schema for cryptographic keys generation using hybrid biometrics [PDF]
Biometric identifiers refer to unique physical properties or behavioural attributes of individuals. Some of the well known biometric identifiers are voice, finger prints, retina or iris, facial structure etc. In our daily interaction with others directly

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Scalable attribute-based encryption scheme with multiple tracing mechanisms
To solve the problem of a single malicious user tracing mechanism in attribute-based encryption (ABE) schemes, a scalable ABE scheme with multiple tracing mechanisms was proposed.

Recent Advances in Attribute-Based Signatures [PDF]
Attribute-based signatures are an advanced signature primitive that allows a signer to prove the possession of attributes with minimum level of disclosure of his privacy. In particular, by issuing a signature, the singer can prove the possession of a set of attributes that satisfies some public policy, while hiding any further information on the ...

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...
