Third-Order Nonlinearity in AuNP-GeSe Heterostructure
Frontiers in Optics + Laser Science 2024 (FiO, LS)We demonstrate ultrafast third-order nonlinear behavior in gold nanoparticle (AuNP)/amorphous GeSe heterostructure. Enhanced nonlinearity is attributed to the charge transfer and verified through Raman spectroscopy and transient absorption, paving the way for saturable absorber applications.

Results: Plasmonic Photocurrent with AuNP-TiO2
2016This chapter presents the results of a series of experiments on doped and reduced rutile (110) TiO2 single crystals coated with gold nanoparticle (AuNP) arrays. The structure of the chapter is outlined immediately below, followed by summaries of the experimental aims and experimental results.
