Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

An Efficient Fair Electronic Payment System Based upon Non-Signature Authenticated Encryption Scheme
[[abstract]]In this paper, we first propose a non-signature authenticated encryption scheme, which accomplishes the message authentication, confidentiality, and integrity for communications on an open channel.

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Multiple sclerosis (MS) exhibits racially disparate rates of disease progression. Black people with MS (B‐PwMS) experience a more severe disease course than non‐Hispanic White people with MS (NHW‐PwMS). Here we investigated structural and functional connectivity as well as structure–function decoupling in the ...

To Pad or Not to Pad? Padding-Free Arithmetization-Oriented Sponges
The sponge is a popular construction for hashing and keyed hashing, and the duplex for authenticated encryption. They are proven to achieve approximately 2c/2 security, where c is the so-called capacity.

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe

Predicate-based authenticated key exchange protocol with attribute-hiding
To overcome the problem that available predicate-based authenticated key exchange(PBAKE)protocols had drawback on privacy protection,a new PBAKE protocol was presented. The new protocol was constructed via combining an inner product encryption scheme with

Provably Secure Authenticated Encryption
Authenticated Encryption (AE) is a symmetric key cryptographic primitive that ensures confidentiality and authenticity of processed messages at the same time. The research of AE as a primitive in its own right started in 2000. The security goals of AE were captured in formal definitions in the tradition in the tradition of provable security (such as ...
