Enrichment of Hyaluronic Acid Binding Tumor Cells by Modulation of Selective Adhesion on Microgel Surfaces

Hybrid Multiphoton Lithography Scaffolds for Nanoscale Mechanobiological Assessment in Microscale Bone Models

This work presents a 3D hybrid tissue scaffold inspired by bone, incorporating collagen, fabricated using multiphoton lithography. The mechanical properties of collagen are tunable, and biodegradation allows for time‐dependent changes in geometry. The results demonstrate enhanced osteogenic differentiation of stem cells in our hybrid scaffolds.

Orthogonal Tri‐Modular Coiled‐Coil Assembly for Programmable Multi‐Cargo Display on Escherichia coli Nissle 1917

A tri‐specific scaffold cell (TriSC) platform is engineered to enable programmable, reversible, and multiplex surface assembly through orthogonal and spontaneous coiled‐coil interactions. Independent targeting and therapeutic nanobodies are modularly recruited onto bacterial surfaces, allowing tunable combinatorial functionality.

Quantifying Population Reversibility of Sensor Performance in Multi‐Cycle Single‐Sensor Recovery Assay

Single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are versatile optical nanosensors that can be imaged at the single‐sensor level to map biological processes. To translate such imaging into calibrated measurements, sensor recovery under repeated analyte exposures must be analyzed.
