Machine-Vision-Based Algorithm for Blockage Recognition of Jittering Sieve in Corn Harvester
Jittering sieve is a significant component of corn harvester, and it is used to separate kernels from impurities. The sieves may be blocked by kernels during the separating process, leading to the reduction of working performance.

Stability analysis of periodic orbits in a class of duffing-like piecewise linear vibrators [PDF]
In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior of a Duffing-like piecewise linear (PWL) springmass-damper system for vibration-based energy harvesting applications.

Weakly Supervised Crop Area Segmentation for an Autonomous Combine Harvester
Machine vision with deep learning is a promising type of automatic visual perception for detecting and segmenting an object effectively; however, the scarcity of labelled datasets in agricultural fields prevents the application of deep learning to ...

A fruit recognition method for automatic harvesting
This paper presents a method to detect and recognize mature tomato fruit clusters on a complex-structured tomato plant containing clutter and occlusion in a tomato greenhouse for automatic harvesting purpose. A color stereo vision camera (PGR BumbleBee2) is applied as the vision sensor.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Feasibility of Harvesting Power To Run A Domestic Water Meter Using Streaming Cell Technology [PDF]
We investigate the possibility of using streaming cells as a means of harvesting energy from the town water supply. We measure the electrical power developed from streaming cells using tap water as a working fluid.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
