Allocation rules for a commonly owned technology: the average cost lower bound

open access: yes, 1996
Assume that a set of individuals commonly own a one input–one output technology. At an average cost pricing equilibrium allocation, the consumption/contribution ratio is identical among agents and each agent maximizes her welfare given this ratio.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Digestible lysine levels in low-protein diets supplemented with synthetic amino acids for nursery, growing, and finishing barrows

open access: yes, 2012
peer-reviewed articleTo investigate the effect of lysine level in low-protein diets (LPD) an experiment was conducted with 36 barrows fed 174, 140 and 118 g/kg of crude protein (CP), and three digestible lysine levels.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Singularly perturbed algorithms for dynamic average consensus

open access: yes, 2020
-This paper proposes two continuous-time dynamic average consensus algorithms for networks with strongly connected and weight-balanced interaction topologies. The proposed algorithms, termed 1st-Order-Input Dynamic Consensus (FOI-DC ) and 2nd-Order-Input

Average flow constraints and stabilizability in uncertain production-distribution systems

open access: yes, 2007
Consider multi-inventory systems in presence of uncertain demand and assume that demand is unknown but bounded in an assigned compact set and the control inputs (controlled flows) are subject to assigned constraints.
