Approximate solutions for fuzzy stochastic differential equations with Markovian switching
The fuzzy stochastic differential equations with Markovian switching are considered. First, under the [Formula: see text] assumptions, the existence and uniqueness theorem for the aforementioned equations is given by means of stopping time techniques ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Averaging of Linear Quadratic Parabolic Optimal Control Problem
This paper studies an averaged Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) problem for a parabolic partial differential equation (PDE), where the system dynamics are affected by uncertain parameters.

Cell averaging Chebyshev methods for hyperbolic problems [PDF]
A cell averaging method for the Chebyshev approximations of first order hyperbolic equations in conservation form is described. Formulas are presented for transforming between pointwise data at the collocation points and cell averaged quantities, and ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Second-order bifurcation of limit cycles from a quadratic reversible center
This article concerns the bifurcation of limit cycles from a quadratic integrable and non-Hamiltonian system. By using the averaging theory, we show that under any small quadratic homogeneous perturbation, there is at most one limit cycle for the ...

Cycle-to-cycle variation (CCV) of in-cylinder flow occurs in internal combustion engines. It is necessary to analyze CCV of flow to separate averaged-flow (as low frequency / low wave number) from turbulence (as high frequency / high wave number ...
