This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

A Circularly Polarized Broadband Composite Spiral Antenna for Ground Penetrating Radar
To enhance the capability of a ground penetrating radar (GPR) in subsurface target identification and improve its polarization sensitivity in detecting underground linear objects, a circularly polarized broadband composite spiral antenna was designed ...

VISCOSITY AND AXIAL RATIO OF SHELLAC
Molecular axial ratios for hard resin, soft ruin and dewaxed shellac have been calculated from viscometric data using different solvents (EtOH. PrOH and BuOH). The ratio 10.3 for dewaxed shellac has been found to be a weighted average of the values for hard resin (11.3) and soft resin (7.8).

Ellipsoidal mass models with varying axial ratios [PDF]
A family of triaxial mass models is described, for which the density is stratified on coaxial ellipsoids with varying axial ratios. The contours of constant projected density are almost perfect ellipses with ellpticity variations and isophote twists, but with no significant high-order residuals. These models are generalization of the triaxial models of

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

An Empirical Study of Overlapping Rotor Interference for a Small Unmanned Aircraft Propulsion System
The majority of research into full-sized helicopter overlapping propulsion systems involves co-axial setups (fully overlapped). Partially overlapping rotor setups (tandem, multirotor) have received less attention, and empirical data produced over the ...

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have
