Predictive approaches to rear axle regenerative braking control in hybrid vehicles

open access: yesProceedings of the 48h IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC) held jointly with 2009 28th Chinese Control Conference, 2009
We consider the problem of rear axle regenerative braking maximization in hybrid vehicles. We focus on cornering maneuvers on low friction surfaces, where excessive braking at the rear axle might induce vehicle instability.

Control of the semi-axle a rear of a passenger car

Assembling in Mechanical Engineering and Instrument-Making, 2022
The measures and technical means of control of the semi-axis of а rear axle of а passenger car, as well as the regulatory and technical documentation that ensures their control, are considered. The norms of the time for performing repair and restoration work obtained during the theoretical calculation of the detalny are given.

Kinetic Control of Threading of Cyclodextrins onto Axle Molecules

Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2005
We report here, for the first time, kinetic control of the face-direction of cyclodextrin (CD) in the construction of a pseudo-rotaxane with an alkyl chain bearing pyridyl end caps. The yields of complexes of CDs with guest alkyl derivatives were controlled by the simple change of the position and the number of methyl groups bound to the pyridyl moiety.

Research on a new method of multi-axle control for numerical controller

2010 International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering, 2010
This paper proposes a new method of multi-axle control for numerical controller. By adopting this method, pulse series for real-time control can be easily generated, and driving velocity for multi-axle with the non-orthogonal coordinate also can be easily realize.

On Steering Control of Commercial Three-Axle Vehicle

Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement, and Control, 2008
The steering control laws of commercial three-axle vehicle are studied based on the closed-loop control model of the driver-vehicle-road. The steering characteristics of the three-axle vehicle can be improved through adding the steering of rear wheels. For a series of combined roads defined as standard roads where the vehicle is tested, a new proposal ...

Control of a hydraulic hexapod for a Hardware-in-the-Loop axle test rig

at - Automatisierungstechnik, 2016
Abstract The present paper describes the controller design for a hydraulic hexapod which is used as an excitation unit for a Hardware-in-the-Loop axle test rig. This includes a description of the plant model, the subordinate drive controllers, the sliding mode state observer as well as the position control of the free hexapod ...
