Aspergillus After Lung Transplantation: Prophylaxis, Risk Factors, and the Impact on Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction

Out of 274 lung transplant (LTx) patients, 89 (32%) developed invasive aspergillosis IA. Factors associated with IA were mycophenolate mofetil use, airway stenosis, Aspergillus cultured pre‐LTx, chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD), and acute rejection.
