Detection of resistance in Phytophthora infestans to the carboxylic acid amide (CAA) fungicides using digital droplet PCR

open access: yesPest Management Science, Volume 81, Issue 10, Page 6295-6302, October 2025.
A ddPCR was developed to allow for the detection of the CAA resistance allele G1105S in Phytophthora infestans. The assay has been validated using DNA extracted from pure cultures and FTA cards, which are the principal means through which P. infestans is genotyped.

Study Design and Rationale for The Breathe Easier With Tadalafil Therapy for Exercise‐Related Dyspnea in COPD‐PH (BETTER COPD‐PH)

open access: yesPulmonary Circulation, Volume 15, Issue 4, October 2025.

Thus, having treatments that reduce dyspnea in COPD is important.
