Plasmonically enhanced photoluminescence of monolayer MoS2 via nanosphere lithography‐templated gold metasurfaces

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 10, Issue 6, Page 1733-1740, April 2021., 2021
Abstract We demonstrate a simple, cost‐effective method to enhance the photoluminescence intensity of monolayer MoS2. A hexagonal symmetric Au metasurface, made by polystyrene nanosphere lithography and metal coating, is developed to enhance the photoluminescence intensity of monolayer MoS2.

Reinforcement Learning Guided by Double Replay Memory

open access: yesJournal of Sensors, Volume 2021, Issue 1, 2021., 2021
Experience replay memory in reinforcement learning enables agents to remember and reuse past experiences. Most of the reinforcement models are subject to single experience replay memory to operate agents. In this article, we propose a framework that accommodates doubly used experience replay memory, exploiting both important transitions and new ...

A Blind Signature‐Aided Privacy‐Preserving Power Request Scheme for Smart Grid

open access: yesWireless Communications and Mobile Computing, Volume 2021, Issue 1, 2021., 2021
Smart grid is an emerging power system capable of providing appropriate electricity generation and distribution adjustments in the two‐way communication mode. However, privacy preservation is a critical issue in the power request system since malicious adversaries could obtain users’ daily schedule through power transmission channel. Blind signature is

2D materials integrated with metallic nanostructures: fundamentals and optoelectronic applications

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 9, Issue 7, Page 1877-1900, February 2020., 2020
Abstract Due to their novel electronic and optical properties, atomically thin layered two‐dimensional (2D) materials are becoming promising to realize novel functional optoelectronic devices including photodetectors, modulators, and lasers. However, light–matter interactions in 2D materials are often weak because of the atomic‐scale thickness, thus ...
