Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Method of stationary interference patterns reading and processing
The optoelectronic reading system enables real-time acquisition and processing of interference pattern images in the Kesterse interferometer with sufficient resolution. The root-mean-square deviation of the measurement results is 0.001 mm. The total time

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

B PHYSICS AND CP VIOLATION [PDF]
These lectures provide a basic overview of topics related to the study of CP Violation in B decays. In the first lecture, I review the basics of discrete symmetries in field theories, the quantum mechanics of neutral but flavor-non-trivial mesons, and the classification of three types of CP violation.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Theoretical review of B-physics [PDF]
Weak decays and mixing of B-hadrons play a special role in our understanding of the physics of the Standard Model and beyond. The measured amplitudes, however, result from a complicated interplay of weak and strong interaction effects. Understanding strong interaction dynamics, which becomes simpler for heavy quarks, is thus a fundamental part of the ...
