Application of background music in conscious patients undergoing operation
[目的]探讨背景音乐在手术室的应用效果。[方法]将50例子宫肌瘤病人、甲状腺瘤手术病人随机分为音乐组和对照组,每组25例,音乐组病人手术时播放背景音乐;对照组病人按常规方法手术,监测两组病人的心率、血压,并进行统计学分析。[结果]两组病人血压、心率比较有统计学意义。[结论]背景音乐可缓解清醒手术病人的紧张状态。
