Management and Modification of Flavonoids Against Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Flavonoids protect against NAFLD by enhancing mitochondrial function, reducing ER stress, and modulating gut microbiota. Structural modifications improve flavonoid efficacy, offering a promising dietary strategy for NAFLD management. ABSTRACT Flavonoids are small bioactive molecules commonly found in plant‐derived foods, exhibiting antioxidant, anti ...

Deregulated enhancer‐promoter communication in cancer through altered nuclear architecture
Abstract Enhancers are critical regulators of gene expression. Structural variations in cancer genomes can lead to enhancer hijacking, where oncogenes are activated by mistargeted enhancer activity. Novel enhancer‐promoter interactions may also arise through chromosomal rearrangements that create extrachromosomal DNA elements.

Integrated scFv identification and CAR T cell generation for AML targeting in vivo
What's New? Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a rapidly progressing blood cancer. Advancing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies, particularly through rapid translation of single chain variable fragment (scFv) discovery into CAR constructs, may improve clinical outcomes, especially the development of patient individualized CAR T cells.
