This study aims to assess and compare the oyster mushroom baglog production process at the Omah Jamur Ungaran MSME using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach and engineering economic analysis. This SME produces large amounts of baglog waste that has the potential to pollute the environment if not utilized.
