Abstract The ball to ball theorem is presented, which states that a map from the 4-ball to itself, restricting to a homeomorphism on the 3-sphere, whose inverse sets are null and have nowhere dense image, is approximable by homeomorphisms relative to the boundary.

Covering spheres and balls with smaller balls
2006 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory, 2006Given a sphere or a ball of radius r > 1 in an Euclidean space of dimension n, we study their thinnest coverings with unit balls. Our goal is to design a covering with the lowest covering density, which is defined by an average number of unit balls needed to cover any point within a sphere.

Through this prototype we created a device that encourages playfulness and explore sharing and communication via anonymous message posting.

"The Ball in The Hole" is an interactive video installation, running on GPL homemade software, which uses the principle of tele-presence. Two rooms are showing a projected mirror, where the user can see and recognize himself. On the floor there is a spiral, containing a luminescent ball.
