Magnetic properties of Fe1−xZrx in ball milling process

Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1995
Abstract Structural features and magnetic properties of Fe 1− x Zr x upon ball milling were investigated by X-ray diffraction, magnetization measurements and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the milled Fe 0.9 Zr 0.1 did not clearly show a sign of existence of an amorphous phase.

A solid modeler based ball-end milling process simulation

The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, 2003
A system for geometric and physical simulation of the ball-end milling process using solid modeling is presented in this paper. A commercially available geometric engine is used to represent the cutting edge, cutter and updated part. The ball-end mill cutter modeled in this study is an insert type ball-end mill and the cutting edge is generated by ...
