Chromosome Studies on the Bambusoideae (Gramineae)

The Genus Hickelia (Gramineae: Bambusoideae)

Summary. The bamboo genus Hickelia A. Camus is revised and a key to the species is provided. Pseudocoix A. Camus, a genus from Madagascar, is shown to be synonymous with Hickelia, and its single species is transferred to Hickelia as H. perrieri, a new combination.

A New Combination in Bambusa (Gramineae-Bambusoideae)

A new combination, Bambusa membranacea (Munro) Stapleton & N. H. Xia, is made for a widespread and economically important bamboo from Burma, Indo-China, and Yunnan Province of China.
