Impact of Free Trade Zones on Chinaʼs ICT Products Trade: A PSM‐DID Analysis

open access: yesAsia &the Pacific Policy Studies, Volume 12, Issue 3, September 2025.
ABSTRACT It investigates the impact of Chinaʼs FTZs on the countryʼs trade in ICT products—a sector central to Chinaʼs industrial digitisation and integration into global value chains—by applying a propensity score matching difference‐in‐differences (PSM‐DID) approach to bilateral trade data between China and 35 partner countries from 2000 to 2022. Measuring the Impact of Transition Risk on Financial Markets: A Joint VaR‐ES Approach

open access: yesJournal of Forecasting, Volume 44, Issue 6, Page 1907-1945, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Based on a joint quantile and expected shortfall semiparametric methodology, we propose a novel approach to forecasting market risk conditioned to transition risk exposure. This method allows us to forecast two climate‐related financial risk measures called CoClimateVaR and CoClimateES, being jointly elicitable, that capture the dependence of ...

Complexity of the Directed Robust b‐Matching Problem and Its Variants on Different Graph Classes

open access: yesNetworks, Volume 86, Issue 2, Page 220-237, September 2025.
ABSTRACT The b$$ b $$‐matching problem is a well‐known generalization of the classical matching problem with various applications in operations research and computer science. Given an undirected graph, each vertex v$$ v $$ has a capacity bv$$ {b}_v $$, indicating the maximum number of times it can be matched, while edges can also be used multiple times.
