Memristor‐Driven Active‐Matrix Organic Light‐Emitting Diode for Energy Efficient and High‐Resolution Displays

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that memristors can replace conventional 2T–1C driving circuits with simplified 1T–1 m architectures by exploiting resistance switching. With ultra‐low switching voltages (< ±0.2 V) and multi‐level resistance states, the memristors precisely control the current injected into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Solution‐Processed Two‐Dimensional Indium Oxide on Sodium‐Embedded Alumina for Reconfigurable Optoelectronic Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

BAShuffler: maximizing network bandwidth utilization in the shuffle of YARN

open access: yes, 2016
YARN is a popular cluster resource management platform. It does not, however, manage the network bandwidth resources which can significantly affect the execution performance of those tasks having large volumes of data to transfer within the cluster.

Titanium Suboxides Responsible for Electronic Anomaly Near Room Temperature in the Ti3C2Tx MXene

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Our multi‐technique study reveals that the near‐room‐temperature anomaly in Ti3C2Tx MXene is linked to titanium suboxide nanodomains, including Ti3O5, embedded within the MXene host. Their temperature‐driven transformation provides an alternative explanation to solvent‐ and swelling‐based models and offers new insight into the thermally activated ...

High‐Index, Low‐Loss Optical Material Platforms for Ultra‐Broadband Ultraviolet‐to‐Visible Achromatic Metalenses

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An integrated material platform combining engineered SiNx thin films and printable ZrO2 nanoparticle‐embedded resin enables broadband achromatic metalenses from the ultraviolet to visible range. The demonstrated meta‐optics achieve near‐diffraction‐limited focusing with minimal chromatic aberration.

Improving Cloud Storage Network Bandwidth Utilization of Scientific Applications

open access: yes, 2023
Cloud providers began to provide managed services to attract scientific applications, which have been traditionally executed on supercomputers. One example is AWS FSx for Lustre, a fully managed parallel file system (PFS) released in 2018.

Polarity‐Reversible Photoresponse–Driven Autonomous Wavelength Discrimination in Quantum Dot–Tellurium Thin‐Film Photodetectors via Engineered Energy‐Band Alignment

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A quantum dot–tellurium thin‐film photodetector autonomously discriminates visible and infrared wavelengths through polarity‐reversible photoresponses. Engineered carrier separation and gain modulation enable filter‐free multispectral sensing within a single‐device architecture.
