Influence of Neighboring Base Pairs on the Stability of Single Base Bulges and Base Pairs in a DNA Fragment

Biochemistry, 1995
Temperature-gradient gel electrophoresis (TGGE) was used to determine the relative thermal stabilities of 32 DNA fragments that differ by a single unpaired base (base bulge) and 17 DNAs differing by a base pair. Homologus 373 and 372 bp DNA fragments differing by a single base pair substitution or deletion were employed.

Pairing-Based Onion Routing

2007
This paper presents a novel use of pairing-based cryptography to improve circuit construction in onion routing anonymity networks. Instead of iteratively and interactively constructing circuits with a telescoping method, our approach builds a circuit with a single pass.

Pairing-Based Cryptography - PAIRING 2012

2013
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Pairing-Based Cryptography, Pairing 2012, held in Cologne, Germany, in May 2012. The 17 full papers for presentation at the academic track and 3 full papers for presentation at the industrial track were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions. These papers
