A sequence of positive linear operators related to powered Baskakov basis
Carpathian Journal of Mathematics, 2019 In this paper we study some approximation properties of a sequence of positive linear operators defined by means of the powered Baskakov basis. We prove that in the particular case of squared Baskakov basis the operators behave better than the classical Baskakov operators. For this particular case we give also a quantitative Voronovskaya type result.

Approximation by exponential type summation integral operator having weight of α-Baskakov basis function [PDF]
This article deals with the approximation properties of the integral modification of the exponential type operators with the weight of α-Baskakov basis function. We estimate the moments and establish Voronovskaja type result in simultaneous approximation. We also estimate the convergence and error estimation of the operators by the power series method.
