Accelerating EdDSA Signature Verification with Faster Scalar Size Halving
This paper establishes that the extended Euclidean algorithm (EEA) implemented in a division-free manner is faster than the Lagrange algorithm with a similar level of optimization when it comes to halving the size of scalars found in the equations of ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

We revisit batch signatures (previously considered in a draft RFC and used in multiple recent works), where a single, potentially expensive, “inner” digital signature authenticates a Merkle tree constructed from many messages. We formalise a construction and prove its unforgeability and privacy properties.

Batch verifying multiple RSA digital signatures
A digital signature is analogous to an ordinary hand-written signature used in signing messages. RSA digital signatures have been adopted by Visa and Mastercard in the secure electronic transactions (SET) standard for providing security of electronic transfers of credit and payment information over the internet.

KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Provably secure certificateless aggregate signature scheme in wireless roaming authentication
Certificateless aggregate signature (CLAS) schemes have been widely applied in resource-constrained wireless mobile networks, because they could not only realize batch validation but also solve the certificate management and key escrow problems. It was ...

A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...
