Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Batch Symmetric Fully Homomorphic Encryption Using Matrix Polynomials
Fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) is a recognized tool to obtain the cryptographic protec-tion of cloud computing. However, the characteristics of existing FHE schemes are not suffi-cient for use in practice the security of some FHE is unsatisfying ...

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

Algorithms for On-line Order Batching in an Order-Picking Warehouse [PDF]
In manual order picking systems, order pickers walk or ride through a distribution warehouse in order to collect items required by (internal or external) customers.

Design and analysis of online batching systems
In this paper, we study the design and analysis of online batching systems. In particular, we analyze the tradeoff relationship between the start-up delay and the efficient usage of resources in an online batching system, and analyze how the delay ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A Grouping Genetic Algorithm for the Order Batching Problem in Distribution Warehouses [PDF]
Order picking is a warehouse function that deals with the retrieval of articles from their storage locations in order to satisfy certain customer demands. Combining several single customer orders into one (more substantial) picking order can increase the
