Autonomous Pipeline Tracking Using Bernoulli Filter for Unmanned Underwater Surveys
Inspection of subsea pipelines is crucial for avoiding any hazards and minimizing the risks to infrastructure and the environment. These inspections are achieved using Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) in favour of reduced operational costs.

Multi-Objective Optimization Based Multi-Bernoulli Sensor Selection for Multi-Target Tracking
This paper presents a novel multi-objective optimization based sensor selection method for multi-target tracking in sensor networks. The multi-target states are modelled as multi-Bernoulli random finite sets and the multi-Bernoulli filter is used to ...

Adaptive δ-Generalized Labeled Multi-Bernoulli Filter for Multi-Object Detection and Tracking
The δ-generalized labeled multi-Bernoulli (δ-GLMB) filter is an efficient approach for multiobject tracking in case of high clutter density and low detection probability.

Nonlocal Metaspire: A Scalable Elastic Material Platform With Decoupled Mechanical Modes
Nonlocal Metaspire introduces sequential rotation to realize wider scalability in implementing complex nonlocal couplings in elastic metamaterials while suppressing unintended mode coupling. Numerical results clarify the underlying wave motions, demonstrate mode‐decoupled roton and maxon formation, and support a straightforward extension to higher ...

A Labeled Multi-Bernoulli Filter Based on Maximum Likelihood Recursive Updating
A labeled multi-Bernoulli filter is used to obtain estimates of the identities and states of targets in complex environments. However, when tracking multiple targets in dense clutters, the computational complexity of the traditional labeled multi ...

Visual odometry based on a Bernoulli filter [PDF]
In this paper, we propose a Bernoulli filter for estimating a vehicle’s trajectory under random finite set (RFS) framework. In contrast to other approaches, ego-motion vector is considered as the state of an extended target while the features are considered as multiple measurements that originated from the target.
