L^p Bernstein Inequalities and Radial Basis Function Approximation [PDF]
In approximation theory, three classical types of results are direct theorems, Bernstein inequalities, and inverse theorems. In this paper, we include results about radial basis function (RBF) approximation from all three classes.

ABSTRACT This study examines how digital strategic orientation (DSO) and environmental practices (EP) interact to shape innovation and performance among Chilean SMEs. Using survey data from 271 firms (February–May 2022), we estimate a generalized structured component analysis (GSCA) model that accommodates a nonrecursive relationship between DSO and EP.

Lower bounds for quasianalytic functions, II The Bernstein quasianalytic functions.
Let $\mathscr{F}$ be a class of functions with the uniqueness property: if $f \in \mathscr{F}$ vanishes on a set $E$ of positive measure, then $f$ is the zero function. In many instances, we would like to have a quantitative version of this property, e.g. a lower bound for $|f|$ outside a small exceptional set.

Pointwise Approximation by Bernstein Polynomials [PDF]
We improve the degree of pointwise approximation of continuous function f(x) by Bernstein operator, when x is close to the endpoints of [0, 1]. We apply the new estimate to establish upper and lower pointwise estimates for logarithmic function.
