This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Best Approximation and Best Co-Approximation in Normed Space
In this thesis, the concept of best approximation and best co-approximation in normed linear spaces is studied. The concepts of ε-best approximation and ε-best co-approximation and ε-orthogonality are introduced and the relations between these concepts are obtained. Also the maps which preserve approximation are discussed. Some results are studied. For

Discontinuity of Best Harmonic Approximants
Let \(D\) be a (Jordan) domain in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) and \(f\) some real-valued and bounded continuous function on \(\overline D\). Then \(f\) has some best harmonic approximant \(h:D\in\mathbb{R}\) in the sense of uniform approximation on \(D\), but it is known that \(h\) must not have a continuous extension on \(\overline D\).

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Characterization of Best Approximants from Convex Subsets and Level Sets in Normed Linear Spaces
Some new characterization of best approximants from convex subsets and level sets of convex mappings in normed linear spaces in terms of norm derivatives and sub-orthogonality in Birkhoff's sense are ...
