Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Complementary unipolar electrical transport is demonstrated in ZnO‐Co3O4 core–shell nanowires, by engineering multi‐terminal device architectures that allow to selectively address different sections of the nanostructure and resorting on ionic liquid gating for conformal capacitive coupling and field effect control.

Excitonic Landscapes in Monolayer Lateral Heterostructures Revealed by Unsupervised Machine Learning
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Hyperspectral photoluminescence data from graded MoxW1 − xS2 alloys and monolayer MoS2–WS2 lateral heterostructures are analyzed using unsupervised machine learning. The combined use of PCA, t‐SNE, and DBSCAN uncovers distinct excitonic regions that trace how composition, strain, and defects modulate optical responses in these 2D materials.

Multipolar Resonances in Electro‐Optic Metasurfaces with Moderate Refractive Index
Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.Electro‐optic nanoantennas with moderate refractive indices of 2.3 to 3.0 are numerically shown to sustain strong multipolar resonances, enabling efficient light confinement and EO tuning. Multipolar modes of even parity are most sensitive to variations in the refractive index.
