目的 建立bFGF的检测方法并检测直肠癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的含量。方法 用纯化的bFGF免疫白兔制得抗血清,再用Western blot方法检测组织中的bFGF含量。结果 ①癌组织中bFGF的含量显著高于正常组织;②无淋巴转移时癌组织中bFGF含量与癌旁组织有显著差异,而有淋巴转移时癌组织中bFGF含量与癌旁组织有差异。结论 直肠癌组织中bFGF含量明显升高且癌旁组织bFGF升高与肿瘤是否有淋巴转移有关。
