Baculovirus (Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis)-expressed bovine herpesvirus-1 (BHV-1) glycoproteins B (gB), gC, and gD were developed and characterized. The recombinant proteins retained their antigenic properties as determined by immunoblotting against monoclonal antibodies.
