Discovery of CRBN‐based molecular glue degraders targeting WIZ transcription factor

open access: yesBulletin of the Korean Chemical Society, EarlyView.
This work reports the discovery of 9l, a novel cereblon‐based molecular glue degrader which targets the WIZ transcription factor. Compound 9l facilitates WIZ‐CRBN ternary complex formation to degrade WIZ, subsequently inducing γ‐globin expression in HUDEP‐2 cells and highlighting its potential as a sickle cell disease therapy.

Exploration of structure–activity relationship of 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine derivatives as hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 inhibitors

open access: yesBulletin of the Korean Chemical Society, EarlyView.
Targeting HPK1 is a promising strategy to restore T‐cell anti‐tumor immunity. We report the design and synthesis of novel 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine derivatives, focusing on systematic structure–activity relationship (SAR) analysis These findings identify key structural features for potent HPK1 inhibition, facilitating the discovery of next‐generation ...

Delay at bicycle passages and bicycle crossings

open access: yes, 2022
In September 2014, a new regulation was proposed in Sweden, which indicates aset of rules of giving way under different types of bicycle intersections. Meanwhile, new definitions were endued to bicycle passages and bicycle crossings. After thepriority of cyclists is guaranteed at bicycle crossings, potential delay for motorvehicles in the mainstream ...

Diet of bird‐like troodontid dinosaurs: synthesis of a contentious clade

open access: yesBiological Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Troodontidae is a clade of small‐to medium‐sized maniraptoran theropods that mainly lived in Laurasia (modern Asia, North America and Europe) during the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods and are believed to have had a variety of diets. The uniqueness of troodontid teeth suggests that they diverged from the typical flesh‐based diet of non‐avian ...
