Opportunities for Multiscale Pattern Modulation with Temporally Arrested Breath Figures
This works presents the temporally arrested breath figure methodology and its opportunities for pattern modulation. Through thermodynamic and photochemical phase change handles, this method uses drop‐wise condensation as a dynamic template for fast, accessible and scalable micropatterning.

Asymptotic description of transients and synchronized states of globally coupled oscillators
A two-time scale asymptotic method has been introduced to analyze the multimodal mean-field Kuramoto-Sakaguchi model of oscillator synchronization in the high-frequency limit.

Uni- and bimodal Weibull distribution for analyzing the tensile strength of Diss fibers
The present work considered several statistical distribution functions with the aim to critically analyze the strength data of natural Diss fibers. Besides the Weibull two-parameter distributions, three-parameter and bimodal Weibull were used. Kolmogorov–

Unification of Radio Galaxies and Their Accretion/Jet Properties
We investigate the relation between black hole mass, M_bh, and jet power, Q_jet, for a sample of BL Lacs and radio quasars. We find that BL Lacs are separated from radio quasars by the FR I/II dividing line in M_bh-Q_jet plane, which strongly supports ...

This study explores how machine learning models, trained on small experimental datasets obtained via Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA), can accurately predict droplet size (D32) in ultrasonic spray coating (USSC). By capturing the influence of ink complexity (solvent, polymer, nanoparticles), power, and flow rate, the model enables precise droplet control

Absence of bimodal peak spacing distribution in the Coulomb blockade regime
Using exact diagonalization numerical methods, as well as analytical arguments, we show that for the typical electron densities in chaotic and disordered dots the peak spacing distribution is not bimodal, but rather Gaussian.

This article presents dielectric elastomer switch (DES) materials, based on composite thin films. Alignment of graphite flakes due to their physical confinement within the thin films lead to much stronger piezoresistive responses than bulk composites, while their durability exceeds that of conventional liquid‐based DES materials.

Expansion of a Fermi gas interacting with a Bose-Einstein condensate
We study the expansion of an atomic Fermi gas interacting attractively with a Bose-Einstein condensate. We find that the interspecies interaction affects dramatically both the expansion of the Fermi gas and the spatial distribution of the cloud in trap ...
