Deracemization By Simultaneous Bio‐oxidative Kinetic Resolution and Stereoinversion [PDF]

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, 2014
AbstractDeracemization, that is, the transformation of a racemate into a single product enantiomer with theoretically 100 % conversion and 100 % ee, is an appealing but also challenging option for asymmetric synthesis. Herein a novel chemo‐enzymatic deracemization concept by a cascade is described: the pathway involves two enantioselective oxidation ...

One Novel two-step Bio-Oxidation Pretreatment of Arsenic-Containing Gold-Bearing Concentrate

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2018
A novel process was developed to markedly increase gold cyanidation performance from an arsenic-containing gold-bearing concentrate. Before cyanidation, a two-step bio-oxidation pretreatment was employed to decrease the arsenic content in the residue and

Bio-Oxidation of a Double Refractory Gold Ore and Investigation of Preg-Robbing of Gold from Thiourea Solution

open access: yesMetals, 2020
Carbonaceous sulfidic gold ores are commonly double refractory and thus require pretreatment before gold extraction. In this paper, the capacity of pre-bio-oxidation can simultaneously decompose sulfides or deactivate carbonaceous matters (CM) from a ...

Bio-oxidation of arsenopyrite

open access: yesTransactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China, 2008
Abstract Oxidation of arsenopyrite with Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans was studied. The electrochemical results show that arsenopyrite is firstly oxidized to As 2 S 2 at the potential of 0.2−0.3 V (vs SHE) and As 2 S 2 covers the electrode and retards the process continuously.
