Magnesium Silicate Composite Patch With Neurovascular Regenerative Properties Promotes Diabetic Wound Healing in Mice

Interdisciplinary Materials, EarlyView.
The PCL‐PLLA‐MgSiO3 composite patch fabricated via electrospinning demonstrates superior therapeutic effects on diabetic wound healing compared to commercially available products, especially neurovascular network recovery. This will provide a promising bioactive patch for future clinical diabetic wound management.

Case Presentation An 85‐year‐old man with a history of laparoscopic right nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma was referred for evaluation of a palpable right scrotal mass.
