Micrococcus porci sp. nov., Isolated from Feces of Black Pig (Sus scrofa)
An aerobic bacterium, designated as strain KD337-16T, was isolated from the fecal samples of a black pig. It exhibited spherical, non-motile and non–spore-forming, Gram-positive cells. KD337-16T was identified as a member of the genus Micrococcus through

This work constructed a tandem W−N−C center to simultaneously achieve the regulation of reaction pathways and optimization of charge separation efficiency. The Lewis‐acidic W6+ sites activated O2 to generate O2−$O_2^ - $, with enhanced charge separation via electronic modulation, steering U(VI) reduction down an efficient radical pathway.

Novel Antifungal Dimers from the Roots of Taiwania cryptomerioides
Five new dimer compounds, namely Taiwaniacryptodimers A–E (1–5), were isolated from the methanol extract of the roots of Taiwania cryptomerioides. Their structures were established by mean of spectroscopic analysis and comparison of NMR data with those ...

We screened 558 reverse transcriptases and engineered an optimized rat endogenous retrovirus‐derived variant, enRERV‐RT, via structure‐guided engineering and deep mutational scanning. This enhanced prime editor, based on the engineered RT, outperforms conventional M‐MLV‐RT systems across plant and animal cells, particularly at hard‐to‐edit loci ...

CCL3 and IL‐7 Synergistically Enhance CAR‐T Efficacy in Solid Tumors
Synergistic delivery of CCL3 and IL‐7 by CAR‐T cells overcomes the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by enhancing cell infiltration, survival, and local immune reprogramming. This also establishes positive feedback that amplifies anti‐tumor activity and memory responses in both CAR‐T and endogenous T cells, presenting a robust therapeutic ...
